SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched from Adelaide, South Australia.
We currently ship throughout Australia. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier delays and peak periods.
International shipping is not currently available through our online store. For international enquiries, please write to us.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. House of Hazelmont cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
For in-stock pieces, we aim to dispatch orders within X-X business days.

If you change your mind about an eligible item, please fill in the below form within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligible returns must be unused and in their original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be approved prior to being returned to us.
vintage pieces
Our vintage pieces have lived a life before reaching you. Signs of age, patina, variation and wear are inherent to their character and are not considered faults.
We endeavour to describe and photograph the condition of each piece as accurately as possible and encourage you to review all photographs and measurements carefully before purchasing.
These pieces are one-of-a-kind and are therefore final sale and ineligible for change of mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please fill in the form above soon as possible.
We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Colour & handmade variation
Many House of Hazelmont pieces are made using natural materials and traditional or small-batch processes. Slight variations in colour, weave, pattern placement, texture and finish may occur and are part of the individual character of each piece.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting conditions.
